These terms outline how we work together and how our services are provided.

Engagement

All projects are scoped, quoted, and agreed in writing before work begins. Timelines depend on client feedback and asset delivery.

Invoices are issued according to the project agreement. Late payments may delay delivery.

Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received, excluding third-party assets or licensed software.

We may recommend third-party tools (hosting, analytics, plugins). These services have their own terms and fees.

Ausgraphic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
